2.1 Teacher help - Class Management page

On to ‘Setting Up’ >>
The Class Management page is where you set up other users and manage your classes, year groups and subscriptions.

The main functions are reached by using the navigation on the left-hand side of the screen:
- Main Menu
Return to the area selection screen - use this to switch to the Science home page. - Setting Up
Importing CSV files or student details from other databases. - Users
Adding new users and editing existing ones. - Classes
Adding new classes and amending details for existing ones. - Year Groups
Adding year groups and amending details for existing ones.
The above options are available to all teachers when they are logged into Class Management. If you are registered as the main administrator of the system you will see one extra option:
- My Details
Details for the main subscription user - only available if you are logged in as the main administrator.
The links at the top right-hand side are available to all users of the OCR Gateway Science Assessment system - the 'Help' button launches this help file and the 'Log Out' button logs you out and returns you to the main Log-in screen.
If your school also has a subscription to OCR Gateway Science Online, you will see a link to access that system directly from this page.
