The Teacher Home Page is where you go to set assessments and view reports for assessments already completed.

The main functions are reached by using the navigation on the left-hand side of the screen:

Return to the area selection screen - use this to switch to the Class Management pages. - Home
Return to the main Teacher Home Page. - Set Assessments
Set assessments for your students. - Reports
View reports for assessments already taken. - Action Plan
View action plans based on assessment results. - My Details
Amend your username and password. - Print OCR Tests
Paper versions of OCR tests available to download and print.
In the main area of the page you can see all assessments that have been set to be taken in the last two months for all classes you have access to. To the right of the screen, above the assessment listing, is a dropdown box you can use to select a view showing only the assessments set by you.
For each assessment you can see the:
- date it is due to be completed
The time the assessment should be taken (for a supervised assessment), or the date an assessment is due to be completed by (for an unsupervised assessment). - course the assessment is for
Core Science, Additional Science, Biology, Chemistry or Physics. - assessment name
The name of the assessment. Click the 'Preview' link here to view the questions that will make up the assessment. - teacher who set the assessment
The teacher who originally set this assessment. - class the assessment is assigned to
The name of the class the assessment is assigned to. Click the 'Repeat test' link to repeat the assessment (see below). - type of assessment it is
Supervised or unsupervised.
Click the 'View Archive' button to see assessments that were completed more than two months ago.
The links at the top right-hand side are available to all users of the OCR Gateway Science Assessment system – the 'Help' button launches this help file and the 'Log Out' button logs you out and returns you to the main Log-in screen.
Clicking the 'Quick tour' link shows you a walk through of the main parts of the site. As a teacher you can also select to take a Quick tour of the student site.
