3.3.3 Viewing reports by class or year group

The main reports screen starts off displaying the Completion report, which gives a list of students that the assessment was assigned to, along with a breakdown of which students have and have not completed the assessment. You can use the tabs along the bottom of the window to change the report for the current assessment. The tabs available depend on the assessment type – Completion Report and Action Plan are available for all assessments, while Bar Chart and Class Results are only available for Module assessments. The next few subsections break down the views available.

3.3.3.1 Action Plan

The Action Plan page shows you a breakdown of the learning outcomes covered in the assessment along with a record of the students not attaining the outcomes and references for other activities to help:

3.3.3.2 Bar Chart

The Bar Chart section is a bar chart showing the numbers of students working at each grade band for the assessment:

Use the 'Print' button to print the Bar Chart report.

3.3.3.3 Class Results

The Class Results section shows a list of student scores for the assessment:

You can order the result on this screen by student (ascending or descending by name) or score (ascending or descending) using the drop-down menu at top right. Use the 'Print' button to print the Students report. Use the 'Save' button to save the Class Results report in rich text format. This is a standard format that can be openend in most word processing software, including Microsoft Word.

You can now navigate to a new section or log out.
